About the Manufacturer
Glencroft

Glencroft was established in 1987 by Richard and Justina Sexton as a range of classic British countrywear made from natural fibres including British Wool, Harris Tweed and sheepskin.
Based in a 200 year old converted cow barn in Clapham in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Glencroft take inspiration from the rural life and stunning scenery that surrounds them, from their Yorkshire style flat caps and warm chunky jumpers, to their 100% British hand finished sheepskin rugs.
To this day they use the same philosophy as when they first started to manufacture their products, responsibly sourcing high quality materials and creating timeless products that last; nothing fancy, just honest, decent clothing, or ‘proper’ as they say in Yorkshire.

i’ve just ordered my second pair of these slippers. I bought the first pair a year ago and they saw me right through the winter, as well as right through this year when the weather was chilly enough (not often!) to need extra warmth on my feet. My experience is so different from the previous reviewer that I felt I had to write a few words. These slippers are comfortable, warm, and (after a small amount of breaking in) easy enough to slip on and off even for someone like me who’s orthopaedically challenged. If the second pair are as good as the first I’ll have zero complaints.

This was my first purchase from Lambland and I was disappointed that I had to return them – no problems with the return/refund though. I was surprised how light and flimsy they felt – the tweed surround gave no support at all to my feet. They were also too big – shame.
